C.S.

Debbie has truly been a blessing in my life. I’ve spent 9 years sick with a wide variety of seemingly unrelated symptoms that were taking over my life (from chronic fatigue, to daily fevers, brain fog, digestive problems, headaches, and more). I’d been questioned by doctors, by some of the people around me and even started to question myself. But every day I struggled just to get up and get through my day. I felt like I was in a battle with my body and desperately losing it. Finally, after my 2 years of daily nausea turned into daily dry heaving fits that my gastroenterologist could find no cause of, my brother suggested I see Debbie because he heard alternative medicine can be great for treating digestive issues.

From the first appointment, I knew I was in good hands. Debbie is the epitome of a healer. I went to her for my nausea/dry heaving, but she ended up treating all of my other symptoms and greatly improving the quality of my daily life.

She approaches things from a truly holistic perspective: she takes into account diet, lifestyle, emotional state, stress, and more. She listens, she understands, and then she heals from the inside out. I was already very careful with my diet, but she helped me refine my choices further. She provides me with a new regimen of supplements each visit that target whatever symptoms are predominant during that time period. Her acupuncture is a wonderful complement to the diet and supplement regime and I always feel relaxed and at peace leaving the office. Debbie isn’t an overnight cure – this healing takes time and commitment. I still don't feel 100% most of the time, but compared to where I was before, I could not be happier.

Debbie even helped facilitate a test that later led to the diagnosis of my autoimmune disease. Where all of my “Western” doctors failed, Debbie helped me search for answers. I can only wish that anyone who struggles for answers or struggles with their health and doesn’t want to be reliant on prescription drugs (or can’t find any that work for them) has the good fortune to find Debbie as I did.
